3. Our Services

Zenklick offers a bouquet of digital services, including:

• Prepaid and postpaid mobile recharges
• Electricity, DTH, gas, and broadband bill payments
• Water bills, loan EMIs, insurance premium payments
• Wallet top-ups and UPI-based payments

We may enhance, suspend, or withdraw any service at our discretion, without prior notice.

4. Wallet Usage

Funds loaded into your Zenklick Wallet must come from verified sources. The wallet may be used only for transactions permitted by Indian law. We are not liable for unauthorized access unless it's due to our own negligence.

5. User Duties

• Ensure your registration details are accurate and updated.
• Do not share your OTPs, passwords, or wallet PINs with others.
• Use our services responsibly, and refrain from fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Security & Privacy

7. Transactions & Failures

In rare cases of transaction failure, the amount will be refunded to your source account or Zenklick Wallet within 5–7 business days. If not, please reach out to our support team for swift resolution.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Attempts unauthorized access or manipulates systems
• Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer uninterrupted service, Zenklick is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or loss caused by technical failures, third-party errors, or natural events.
